Gym Academy!

I think it might be a idea to make a academy for gym leaders to basicaly train them up help get rid of any weaknesses and basically help people along who might be lost or need a bit of help. What people think?

I definately agree with this (: Sounds like a fun plan, also once we get an elite four I suggest they are the ones that do the training, seeing as though they hold a rank that suggests more power :3

It might be a idea to get the elite 4 to do the training or a senior gym leader (of course one would have to be elected by some way not yet known, perhaps a poll or somthing daft like that :S)

I think it would be good. The pen is mightier than the sword in this instance.

I think it woulld be a case of knowledge is power with the trained gym leaders to be fair gym leaders are ment to be the people most iin the know about pokemon aside from the elite 4 so would be fun to do

Especially since the gym positions were first come first serve, so trainers of any range of experience could've nabbed the spot. Like myself-I feel I still have a ways to go :3

Ooo.... this will obviously help with me,too... such, I can pass around knowledge to my friends.

See i think this would help most of the Gym leadrers out. by helping them understand their own Pokemon's stats and so on and so forth

indeed dark but what i mean is that if some gym leader's just took the slot they wont have any idea on how a pokemon gym works
if they just took the slot they could have been just any kind of trainer before
