Also---I'm considering replacing Electivire's ice punch with Thunder, or something of equal electric strength, since it's special attack is so high. Would that be a smart move?

Fairly good team it's actualy one of the best I have seen on this site, but may I suggest changing your Milotics Blizzard, for Recover.

Arcanine with three fire moves isn't very balanced XD
Extreme Speed is a good choice for him along with Will-O-Whisp as a burn status halves the attack power of the foe.
