Okay well I looked over the team, the natures are well picked but most of the move pools consist of 2-3 of the same type move, if you are going for competative battling, I would spread out the types of moves your team has, such as Queeny, Hydro Pump, Surf and Dive are not really the best idea as they are all the same type, if I were using Empoleon, I would go for something like this, if it was a type covering team.

Drill Peck
Surf / Aqua Jet
Earthquake / Ice Beam
Stealth Rock

And I sometimes use agility when using Empoleon.
But the same goes for Electra, your'e using Thunder and Spark, I guess Spark could stay with Thunder becaause it is a STAB move but if your'e not using it like that then get rid of it
Now your Kyubi, Ninetails can be used in two ways, either an SP sweeper or a defensive back up,but again you are using Fire Blast, Flamethrower and Heat Wave, there is really no need for three moves of the same type

But if your'e not using these for competative battling, via wifi etc, then this team is rather 'neat' should I say, the E4 wouldn't stand a chace, especialy concidering their levels

And may I suggest using Roserade as your last pokemon, you do not have a grass type there, if you don't want to use a grass type you could always get Queeny to learn Grass Knot.

Thanks for the help Darkzero *hugs* and no I am not using my team for competing against poeple around the world. My internet can't connect to Wi-Fi Love you lots my friend^_^. Um but wait^^ what if I wanted a pokemon which could learn fly^^ Hm?^_^

Well I was actualy thinking, you don't have a flying type move in there so I think it would be a good choice.

Tropius...Grass flying would cover that grass + flying type, or if not grass then take your pick of adorable flying types ^_^

Ability: Solar power which is good but not good because the disadvantage to this ability it lowers HP in the sun.

I would recomend leech seed or roost, over Leaf Blade/Aerial Ace, because of it's ability, though if your'e not playing via wifi, the ability wont really matter.
