Pokemon Help CANT THINK OF TEAM

I Need help building a team that has good defense sp.defense attack speed and i need good sets for them please help

Here is a great team!

whatever game you have (HHSS OR DPPt) start with the water starter

Magnazone is great for DPPT while ampharose is good for HHSS

Flarion is my favorite eevee evolve, so get his and teach him PHYSICAL moves

Hitmonlee of HHSS and Lucario for DPPT

Tocakiss or Haunchkrow for ether game

and Garchomp or the games legendary for DPPT and Lotios for HHSS (he is only in SS but if you connect to wifi through mystery gift RIGHT NOW!, you will get a stone that lets you fight him!)
